Can I return my order?
Yes, this is possible.
If you are not satisfied with the items you ordered, you have the option to return them within 30 days of receipt.
In this case, the order must meet the following conditions:

  • The order still contains all associated parts and components, and the packaging is in the same condition as when the product was received.

  • Normal handling of the product is demonstrable; damage caused by careless use is excluded.

  • Products where hygiene is important must be thoroughly cleaned before the return process is started.

  • The product was found to be defective immediately upon receipt.

  • We are entitled to charge the customer for shipping costs.

  • A return will be processed within 7 working days. If the conditions are met, the return will be officially confirmed within this period.

  • We reserve the right to refuse returned items if we suspect they have been used or damaged beyond our responsibility.

  • PLEASE NOTE: WE DO NOT OFFER FREE RETURNS, COSTS ARE AT THE CUSTOMER’S EXPENSE.

How can I return my order?

If your order meets the above conditions, you must do the following to start the return process:

Send an e-mail to: support@olivergrace-oxford.com

Include the following details in the email:

  • Order number

  • Reason for the return request

  • Photo of the product in case of damage

  • First and last name of the customer

  • Customer address

We will then contact you and provide you with the return address.
Never send the return shipment back to the sender. We will provide you with the correct return address once you have informed us. The shipping costs for returning the product are always at the customer’s expense.


RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

The consumer has a right of withdrawal in accordance with the following provisions, if he/she is a natural person who concludes a legal transaction for purposes that are not predominantly attributed to his/her commercial or self-employed professional activity:

A. Conditions for cancellation

Right of withdrawal: The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day you, or a third party designated by you who is not the carrier, received or accepted the last goods.

Since we operate with a fully automated system, orders are processed immediately after placement. Therefore, we cannot interrupt the shipping process until delivery, meaning a refund is not possible until the goods are received.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Oliver & Grace Oxford) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g., by email). The withdrawal is complete once we have received the goods. The costs for returning the goods are at the buyer’s expense.

Goods in transit

As our goods are shipped from Asia, there may be longer transit times beyond our control. If the goods are already on their way to you, cancellation is not possible. In this case, please wait until you have received the goods and then return them to us. Of course, you can inform us in advance about your cancellation.
To ensure the fastest possible processing of your return, we kindly ask you to send us a shipping confirmation.


Consequences of withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments we have received from you (excluding delivery costs and any additional costs incurred because you chose a different delivery method than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us) without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day we received notice of your withdrawal and the returned goods.

For this reimbursement, we will use the same payment method you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you. In no case will you be charged fees for this reimbursement.


ALL RETURNS MUST BE SENT TO OUR CENTRAL WAREHOUSE IN ASIA, AT THE CUSTOMER’S EXPENSE.
